This material is a fiber-reinforced micro-crosslinked polyether thermoplastic elastomer, formulated with polyurethane, TPEE, glass fibers, peroxide crosslinking agents and scratch-resistant additives. It is a specialized wear-resistant material custom-developed for military vehicle tires and related components, stably operating across an extreme temperature range from -60°C to 105°C.
It delivers outstanding comprehensive properties including excellent aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, scratch resistance, high tensile strength, superior elasticity, oil resistance, remarkable low-temperature flexibility and great flexural performance. With a semi-matte finish, it is an ideal core material for injection-molded parts of special vehicles that serve under harsh temperature conditions.
