This is a professional modified composite material developed for manufacturing 3D printing filaments, which takes conventional

PLA as base matrix blended with fine natural wood powder components. It endows the final produced 3D printing filaments with unique realistic wood visual

effect and touch, while retaining the easy processing advantages of common PLA materials.

The compound is produced with standardized mixing and granulation process to ensure uniform distribution of wood filler in the

resin base, which avoids common defects such as poor flowability and inconsistent texture of ordinary blended plastic materials.
