Extreme Environment: Retains flexibility (-40°C to 125°C), resists oils, UV, and hydrolysis. Durability: Withstands >10,000 bend cycles and mechanical abrasion. Material Advantages Processing: Extrusion at 195–220°C; recyclable vs. thermoset alternatives. Sustainability: Bio-based TPU options (e.g., BASF Elastollan®, Arkema EcoPaXX®) reduce carbon footprint.
